We pack and post online orders during shop opening hours.
All accessories and stationery items may take 1 - 3 business days to create.
Please look at the individual listing for any other turnaround times.

If you are local - in the Lyndoch, South Australia area, you can order online and pick up in store.
Select “In Store Pick Up” as your shipping option.
Pick Up orders are usually ready within 24 hours of a shop opening day.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up.

SHIPPING
We currently ship within Australia.
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $90 in Australia, code: FREESHIP
Can not be used with any other discount or Sale.

We ship via Australia Post or Sendle and price is dependant on weight.
Tracking is included for all shipping and is made available via confirmation email once posted.

- Regular Parcel Post ( 2 - 6 business days )

PACKAGING
All items are packed in recycled cardboard boxes or mailers and packed with re-used and recycled tissue, paper or bubble wrap. We do our best to use no plastic packaging, unless it is being re-used.
Our packaging tape is either Biodegradable + Compostable or made from recycled kraft.

Please be aware that some products are handmade, and are unique in their own way, minor imperfections are not considered faults.
If you find that one of our products does not meet it’s function, we will happily refund or exchange.
However, we are unable to provide refunds on jewellery for hygienic reasons.
We do not offer returns for a product if you change your mind.
We can not offer a refund for any custom products or products that have been used in any way.

If you have received your goods damaged by post, please notify us by email with photo proof and return them within 14 days from when you received them, and we will refund or exchange for you.

Any returned items must be in perfect condition with tags/labels and packaging intact, along with a copy of the receipt.

Any return postage will be at the buyer’s expense
